Asking in general, buying from your site using CC gives card specific cashbacks? Say SBI cashback card 5% or Amazon ICICI 1% etc.?

It depends on mcc (merchant category code) of the payment gateway. Amazonpay 1% should be almost assured as it has very few mcc exclusions while sbi cashback card has following mcc exclusion list:
