Video DISHTV Utility Password

U may hav seen utility option in DISHTV Setup Menu...can anyone give me the passoword for it.

nah, i think its legal. since no hacking/cracking is involved , and we might get some advanced menu options too

It is legal, but it's actually of no use, basically used by dealers to update the firmware if the STB is unable to do on air, no special menus, nothing you can play around with. When you enter the password it goes to a download screen, which probably expects some connection from the scart connector at the back.. if you don't have anything attached to it.. you get nothing.
