Graphic Cards Display Adapter

I haver an Intel 945 Express chipset in my PC.When i play games like GTA VC, San Andreas, NFS mw,carbon the graphics is not that good andf the screen is moving frame by frame.

Plz suggest me a solution,Plzzzzzzz
 
are you using onboard video? if you are looking to get a dedicated solution post your budget please
 
Your onboard video is way too slow to play games. Thats the reason why its moving frame by frame. Get a dedicated video card.
