Did you try running your pc without your gfx card ?. Did you connect the pc speaker to the mobo pc speaker pins ?. By default some mobos come with pc speaker embedded. But for some, it will be given seperately which you will have to connect it to the appropriate pins....

Yes I tried with onboard video as well. same issue ... sometimes pc works for hours & then suddenly no display ... monitors shows on signal.

However I am not clear on the secon part... are u talking abt front audio cable connected to mobo or anything else . I can see a buzzer present in mobo which should beep in the absence of RAM. my mobo is Intel G35.

Thanks for reply

Tested Individual Memory on each Slot

No Errors

When try to Run with GFX card no display tested on other system so no problem with GFX Card, Just to make sure it might be a Power issue Attached one more Hard Disk no Display

Any other testings should i do?

^^

You never told me the load temperatures. Stress the system using LinX or Prime95(2x) and tell the temperatures.

After Seeking Guidence on various Forums and from Local Computer Repairing shops came to the Conclusion that SMPS is causing bit problem as 12V rail is very poor considering power requirement of my Entire Hardware so have no choice but to go for new SMPS

Posted thread regarding it and got offers for VIP GOLD 500w and CM 600 Extreme Power as I am not a big spender on Hardware especially likes of SMPS, so suggest me the one considering my future upgrades in next 3-4 yrs which will be AM3 CPU + Mboard and 1GB DDR5 gfx card
