DNS issue

I've just taken a new connection and faced this weird problem couple of times.
The problem is I can't access websites in any browser for few hours but the torrents work just fine.
So just to confirm I ran windows diagnostic tool and indeed problem was 'DNS server not responding.'

Any suggestions guys?

Did you try manually entering the DNS in the network properties (IPv4) ?
Rather than keeping it on "Obtain Automatically" enter the DNS values manually and see if that helps

change it to Google DNS
8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
OR
open DNS
208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220

It was never automatic.

change it to Google DNS
8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
OR
open DNS
208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220
