DNS Servers for Gujrat?

Hi,
Does anyone know any DNS Servers good for BSNL Users based in gujrat circle?
Please dont suggest OpenDNS since it is very slow for me here...Since last 2 days i am getting high pings on indian servers (300+) where i usually get 50-60 (its located in Mumbai) with my default bsnl dns so it would be great if I get some good DNS server...

Please help me out..

Just use open DNS and all will be fine......
