Do BSNL EVDO WORK in THANE ???

I Have 2 BSNL EVDO form me & my brother bought from KOLKATA & kALYAN.
Currently i am @ THANE, specifically KOPRI COLONY(10 min walking distance from thane(E) station)
As THANE is in MTNL area, will these EVDOs' work ???
If they work, what will be the speed ???

i dont think so.

its not their service area.

and even if it works on mtnl,it will be on 1x speed under roaming.
