You can do that, cancel 1-2 days before you get charged which would be when your trial ends.

Not sure but I think I read somewhere that if you get some prime specific deal/offer using Prime trial membership & later cancel it then the discount/cb will be reversed/acc placed in watchlist for misuse.

They used to sell monthly membership for aroun 150inr . Try getting a month of membership and it should be fine.

Just take the trial utilise whatever you need it for and cancel at least 2-3 days before. I did it so many times i have forgotten. Your ac will never be put on any watchlist for anything let alone misuse.
