Budget 0-20k Do i need to upgrade?

I have amd x2 260 dual core cpu and 2 gb of ddr2 ram. I want to play assassin creed 3 with medium settings on 720p. Can i buy Radeon HD 6670 and 2 gb more ram and play this game? Or do i need to upgrade the whole system? Please advice. Thanks
 
A more powerful graphic card (than the HD6670) is warranted. So you might need to look into a more comprehensive upgrade.
