Do not install this update on vista

Well i updated vista with following update and now my mouse ps/2 is not working

Ideacom Technology Inc. - Input - IdeaCom HID Touch Screen (PS/2)

now working it via usb port(already short of usb ports)....and made search found out many ppl face same problem
