do you have a seperate pc for downloading??

how many of you guys have a seperate pc which is on 24/7 for downloading?? (now that many of us have unlimited connections) . me, i have a p4 2.4 and a asus board lying arnd. have to get the bios flashed (its corrupt), get some ram and a smps . should get it running before this week
 
yeah , i m using my old rig for BT and surfing while i use my amd rig for games and school work... but both are sitting idle now :(
