sbi casback card also doesn't works

It was blocked from last year sale

It worked last year because I used it. Later on, they partially rolled back the cashback, but for most purchases it was 10% discount + 5% cashback. But it was the turning out and thereafter they have excluded the card from any SBI discounts.
