"Do you have XYZ Credit Card?" Thread

To members,
I have Sbi card that I can offer to purchase but for items with No cost emi and of decent value only.

If members are fine with it. Can DM..will be happy to help. Or else hope others can help.

Just didn't wanted to waste people's time so posted it here.

I think SBI discount with no cost emi options are not for all items.

EMI would be a risky bet (for both buyer and seller), assuming no malice, you don't know what would happen in future and you would be on the hook. Moreover you won't be able to make any official complaint either cuz you took the risk and violated the Credit Card terms and conditions.

The card holder will and should take the full responsibility of non-repayment of EMI.

However, if the buyer is only looking for extra discount on EMI and pays in full then it's fine.

And to members,....DM me for ANY CC live on current sale. Would prefer members I have dealt with in the past for obvious reasons.

The No Cost EMI is For my convenience and incase it offers more discount( as per sale terms) to the buyer that is all passed on but I am sure me and @samiryadav and others who do No cost emi for other members , take the full payment upfront.

As for responsbility of a card holder. Ofcourse the responsibility falls on card holder only. The bank wont come looking for who the product was order for. It will look for person who holds the card and held responsible.

We take full payment upfront and pay the bank/CC provider in monthly instalments.
For buyer, nothing changes. It is just how I pay back the money top the CC provider.
Credit Card EMIs are not linked to product but to the Credit Card holder and account.
So, buyer has nothing to worry about.

Few reasons for Using NO COST EMIs:-
1. Instead of paying a large Credit card bill in a month, I prefer to pay smaller CC bills.
2. EMIs improve Credit rating.
3.Credit limit is utilized throughout the EMI period so CC remains active.
4.Banks earn money on EMIs and they give better offers and interest rates on credit cards for the account/CC holder.
(My IDFC Interest rate has reduced to just 9% per annum compared to 40% + per annum for most card providers. all thanks for long term EMIs)

5.All you have to pay additional is the Processing fees and GST on interest. The additional discount on EMI transactions and Interest on the money in SB/Ac make up for the difference.

And many more.............

So, if NO COST EMI option is available, i always prefer it.
Buyer gets to avail discount atleast equivalent to ONE TIME PAYMENT or more depending on the additional discount available on NO COST EMI.
