Does anyone have any experience with Lugsto?

I'll soon be in Delhi on a one day work trip. Staying in Karol Bagh area. My hotel check-out is at 12 noon but I'll be occupied till 4 pm. Was looking for any cloakrooms nearby and came across Lugsto. Does anyone have experience storing your luggage with them? Any reviews?

if its a big hotel (brand name), they will accomodate storage for few hours. if its a smaller hotel, then yes you need to find an option.

Weird, this is exactly opposite in other cities (specially Rajasthan, frequently travel there) big hotels won't allow accommodation for short time at all (few hours)..
Same in jaipur though lot of foreigners visit this city everyday.
 
Not a brand name hotel. Will request the hotel to hold it for a few hours, but looking for options in case they decline.
