Does Ebay.in charge processing fee on credit-card payment?

Hi everybody I want to know if ebay.in charges processing fee on payment through credit-card.
I want to buy a mobile and want to use credit-card as a payment method. Please answer quick.

well, it offers discount based on which card you use... google ebay coupons for "your cc company name" before buying...
