Does Transmission work on Windows ?

I use iTransmission jailbreak app on my iPad for torrents. I have downloaded few things but it is an active download and is done only 10%. Now the thing is that i want to continue this download on my PC and i believe for that i will need the transmission app on my PC. I have tried with uTorrent but it does not resume the download even after force recheck.
How can i resume this active torrent download from my iPad to my PC ?

I might be wrong about this but doesn't transmission rename the DownloadFile to DownloadFile.bak or something? I remember continuing my linux downloads on utorrent. If so you can just rename the files to DownloadFile and force check again.

It renames as .part till the file is completely downloaded.

Just rename the .part file to .!ut or whatever utorrent uses (been using transmission instead of utorrent for long time now) and make utorrent force check the file. It will work in utorrent properly then.
