Windows Dolby Atmos not showing under Spatial Audio Settings

As title suggests, even though I have installed Dolby Access app and want to setup for Soundbar, the option doesn't come in Spatial Audio making the setup fail.

Any suggestions?
I'm using Zebronics 9700 Pro Soundbar. Laptop HDMI input goes in, the soundbar passes through to my monitor.
The same setup works for PS5 and it produces Dolby Atmos vut not my PC.

UPDATE: THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. I CHANGED MY REFRESH HZ TO 60 FROM 120 AND IT WORKED. (It dropped 60z somehow since last usage of Soundbar)​

In most cases it is the cable/eARC implementation that causes the issue with bandwidth limitation being the primary cause.
