Domain Controllers

Your question itself is wrong, One Domain Controller can only HOST a single DOMAIN.

However, if you want more than one domain, you will need to setup a new DC, i.e. a separate server machine as second DC.

If all these domains are for one enterprise, you can join them in one FOREST and have the policies propagate to all the domains as an enterprise admin…

If you can further elaborate your need, it’ll help further to design a better network infrastructure.

hmmm, just a thought , U can achieve this by setting up a different Organizational Unit (OU) for each Internet domain, and each domain's users appear in the appropriate OU. though u will need to fiddle around with Global Address Lists based on OU membership.
