Thanks for sharing the deal. Would stick to Godaddy they give plenty of coupons & been there from long.
Crazydomains are very new & guess they would reseller of someone. Are they directly reg with ICANN ?

One more Q on renewal based on earlier one.

Domain expires on - 1 Dec 2013
If get new coupon with 50 % off on renewal on - 1 May 2013
If I renew the domain on 1 May 2013.

Will it be counted from 1 May 2013 to 1 May 2014 or based on original expiry of 1 Dec 2013 & it will renew till 1 Dec 2014 ?

From the expiry date, and not the date you renewed.

For both, its always from the current expiry date unless you transfer it within the first 60 days of registration, the validity will not increase in that case.

Any coupons for .in domains?

Also one question. Say I buy a domain for a year. If I do not renew then I guess the domain name expires. So can I buy the same domain name from some other seller after say 6 months? Or is it lost/locked for ever?
 
So say the annual term that I paid for expires on 31st Jan. If I do a search on 1st Feb for the same domain name, will it show as available?
