Hey how is the bass on the A2's. Read somewhere that they need a subwoofer to sound good.

How much bass do you expect out of 6x4inch speakers?

Ofcourse they will need a Sub if you like a better lower end, but for desktop they are sufficient. No you can't throw a party with these or try to thump your walls down on HipHop, but they are more than what you can expect from suck small speakers. But give these tiny speakers a listen then decide for yourself if you need to add the sub. I dont need it, not for my PC.

You need specifically SL spkrs for this. AE spkrs are mostly considered SQ.

SL = Sound Loud, just the boom boom spkrs.

SQ = Sound Quality, not much boom but clearer mid and highs too.. mostly crystal clear sounds.

@Infected: Check with count's availability. He has a sweet sound setup now. Not that I'm suggesting you to buy something like that but its nice !!

Update:

I am in love with the new keyboard now that I have gotten used to it I want to change my work keyboard to a similar one as well. Needs no drivers or anything either.
 
How much for just the 6Gv2? I am looking for one...

I think it was like 6500/- or so...give or take a few hundred.
