Doom 3 console commands!

Argh, this is getting frustrating !

How do I enable the console in Doom 3, er that's the demo. Is it featured at all in the demo ?

Isn't ~ and ` the same key? ;). To display fps, use
Code: 
com_showfps 1
To run the timedemo, use
Code: 
timedemo demo1 1

For running it again, precaching is not necessary. So for the second run, use just
Code: 
timedemo demo1

8xAA is supersampling. Don't even think of using it. Use 4xAA. Anything higher will be woefully slow. Instead bump up the resolution to the max ur monitor can go to. AA is one thing in which ATI still pwns nvidia cos the 6xAA in radeons is very very usable.
 
Yeah ! 71 fps at 1024 x 768 with 4xAA 4xAF. :)

I am using a LCD so my resolution wont increase Chaos.

Anyway, it looks and feels awesome, and my freind has promised me the full version by Tuesday.

BTW, when I enter the timedemo command, nothing happens ! Are the results displayed in some .txt file ?
