Doubt about BSNL broadband plans

HI

ive a small doubt about BSNL broadband plans. ive subscribed for the UL900 combo for a yr.it been only 20 days since i subscribes. all i wanted to know is will BSNL allow me to change to some other plan now??or would i have to loose my entire money and then move to the new plan ??
 
I think so you would need to go to customer care center and apply for plan change and the new plan will take effect from 1st of next month.
 
You wouldn't lose your previous plan's paid amount, BSNL will adjust it i.e. your next bill will be the new plan charges - your previous plan charge(% of how much left over and since its less than a month I guess you must get almost 90% of your paid amount)
 
ya that's wat i was thinking too but when i contacted their customer care on 1504 ,those guys dint have a clue..i think i need to walk in to their customer care
