Video doubts regarding AOC Tv

recently i bought a AOC 42inch LCD TV
in the given link it written dat full hd 1080p ( ie. 1920 * 1080)
but when i connected thru hdmi port with my mobo
the resolution it was taking the best at 1680* 1050
i got shocked
whether this is full hd
why it happened like this
it supports 1920 * 1080 but the letters getting blurred and the images were not as clear as in prev resoultion

i guess no 1 here really knows about aoc

as you hav bought 1 can u tell me how its picture quality and other functions are for gaming as i was thinking of buying there 32" model (l32dk99u)
 
picture clarity

i checked it with my system it was stunning

but with the cable its fcking

my parents doiesnt want to change this cable connection

i m getting an aoc 26" lcd tv for 15k here . what do you think should i get it

i m only concerned about the picture quality and clarity and nothing else i know the 26" is not full hd but hd ready but that is not a problem till it gives a good picture.

you connected it with your mobo right and i m going to connect it with my graphic card and ps3 so i should expect better graphics

and dnt worry abt cable evn i hav that though i rarely watch tv excpt t-20 matches or football matches and cable has the same poor quality everywhere regardless of tv
 
hey i connected with my 8800gt oc edition

it was fascination like watching it in theater with altec lansing mx4021 speakers

beteer buy fuill hd itself man

u will get bored with hd ready as at no level it competes with full hd support
 
evn i wnt tht bt i m low on budget so either i hav to get a full hd 24'' monitor or ths

i lik ths cause i cn connect my ps2,3,dvd player and my two pcs to it together
