I buy very few original pc games. I have few doubts which i want to clear.

1) can i install the game on more than 1 pc using the key provided?( if the game requires dvd to run everytime as well as if it requires internet connection like hawx 2)

2. Whats will happen if i reinstall the game after a window refresh.

3. On the back of hawx 2 dvd its written:unlimited installs, saved games synced online. Does that means i can install it on multiple pcs using the same dvd? Whats this syncronized online means?

Yes. u can install the game on more than 1 pc. but if it requires DVD to play it, you will be able to play in only one pc at a time. On the other hand if the game is activated online(eg, bf3, steam games), it will get activated only once and next time you want to install in new pc or after window refresh you will have to login the account which u created or used at time of first installation.

Doesn't matter, you can install the n number of times. Only if the game is updated. U may need to update the game again from the internet. This is pretty painful in case of games which has large updates (like bf3). So in these cases better save the files before you reinstall your windows.

It means that you may need to be online, i.e. connected to internet to play this game. If thats the case, again as i mentioned above, you will be allowed to play in only one pc at a time.

Funny how playing legit games have become more complicated than getting a pirated copy.

Yes, it has. But on the other hand, in case of online gaming, one wont find any easier solution to play, unless one has original.(Although updates make the life difficult in this case too)
