Download speed has gone down....??

Hi guys.Everything was working fine with me using Bitcomet for downloading stuff as i used to get download speeds b/w 220 t0 240 kbps on ma bsnl line with upload limit set to max 10kbps.It worked fine for a few months but nowadays download speeds are below 100kbps.Havent made any chages to the settings so Wat cud the reason be??Pls help...:S

Is that happening to every torrent..or torrents from particular trackers..??

The torrent u use is from Public tracker or private..??
 
I usually download movies from torrentfive.com.Earlier it used to be fast arnd 220kbps avg but now its not even half of that for the past week or so.....
