We have a Tata Indicom WIMAX connection 384 kbps unlimited plan.....The Download speed varied from 40-50 kbps
2 days back we wanted to connect 2 PCs( one laptop and one desktop ) to the same internet through a switch
and so we contacted the customer care so make our ports from 1 to 2 so that 2 sessions of the same net can be opened..........
After the setting we were able to connect both the PCs to internet via the switch...........
But now the problem is the Download speed has bcum 10-15 kbps.......:huh:what cud be the prob? Does the switch essentially divide the download into equal halves??
Well i tried putting directly the company cable without the switch but still the download speed is between 10-15 kbps.....
Please advise wat cud be the problem?
