Download speeds dropped

I use Iqara and got my connection in July. I used to get speeds upto 23kbps on downloading torrents. But in October, the speeds dropped to only 1.5 kbps max!!! Whenever i download from other sources, i get good speeds, it's only the torrents that have been affected.

I use the Azureus client

Anyone facing the same problem or who might have possible solutions to this?

Maybe they've blocked the ports ... do you get the NAT error in Azureus ?? Call the CC and ask them to unblock

if they've blocked the ports, then i shouldnt' get any download speeds right? also i'm not getting any NAT error
