Download torrent as HTTP ??

^^For people like us with dynamic IPs that too is not an issue as in IDM we can always put the renewed ADDRESS and it is resumed :)

Btw Fetch.io seems to be going paid after the beta phase is over so it is better to take the advantage and register for now. Also torrent seems to be not supported for now but in premium phase it will be.

Good service and if it is reasonably price it will surely have its followers.

Is "Fetch.io" the full URL for signup ?

And how to download bit torrent there ?

What's the limit of Fetch.io ?

2GB ?

If 2GB,its very little because most of the torrent are bigger than 2GB......

^^fetch.io is full URL only. Bitorrent is not available at the moment. May be after they become paid. So no use for torrent as of now.

2GB is disk space they give. So do this. Paste MU/RS etc link upto 2 GB (3 links at a time) and let them download. Now download all those files on your machine, delete the files on fetch.io and again put new links.

@ggt

Yet to try that

^^The main purpose of using fetch.io is to get full speeds and faster no wait access to RS/MU etc files. So not sure what you mean by premium links

I hope you have got the funda of fetch.io

Incase not then here is a low down

1. You have a RS link (eg: http://rapidshare.com/files/9999999/something.avi)

2. You paste this link in fetch and it downloads on its own servers and stores there

3. You can directly download the file later from your account's file manager to your local PC.

4. The transfer from RS to their own servers happen superfast and then from their server to your PC can happen in speed of whatever you connection is capable of and you can use download managers and resume too.

Slightly OT

hey, i use my colg wifi for downloading and its biggest problem is , The firewall is triggered by some words, like the word "torrent"

If the word comes in the link anywhere, the link will not load!,

is there any service which doesnt have the word "torrent" in the link??

I tried torrifc and it doesnt work :(

Did imageshack.us shut its services of torrent ?
I do not get what you meant :( When did Imageshack ever provide Torrent Service ?

Anyways , Torrific is what i was going to suggest :(

I guess you will now have to switch to File Hosting services like Fileserve and all . Try looking for Mediafire links , or Megaupload/Duckload/WUpload.

Yes, They had excellent service. Seems they took it down may be MPAA notice or something.

Here it was - tor.imageshack.us/tor/

Sorry for bumpimg.

Is there any other good free alternative of torrific ?

Recenly they limiting the torrent side near 1.5GB.

I think they don't want to give free service anymore.

Try to search for some free Seedbox or ultracheap seedbox which allows say only one torrent at a time or something like that.

See if there is a HTTPS version of the site. All traffic is then encrypted, including the search terms. Also, you could use Tor to get the torrent files, then disconnect from Tor and start utorrent.
