Just Wanted to get ur advices on Some queries about my Downloading Setup

1.Speed - BSNL Night UL @ 481 INR PM

* anything cheaper providing the same bandwidth?

* I am Using JDownloader and it never Crosses 3 gb a night,whereas in case of uTorrent ,it crosses 3.5 easily....How?

2.System - i use My Desktop

* how much power am i consuming every night (2AM - 6AM) (I want the exact amount,if u can)??

* Will A Netbook Save a lot of Power?

* Considering i will use the Netbook For Listening to music,Surfing and downloading at night,Should i Wait for the Dual-core netbooks?

* If not Then please suggest me one netbook - The Cheapest and the best

For only downloading get a Seagate Dockstar, attach an external 2.5 inch HDD and you get a download rig which will consume 10W power and will cost you around 4-4.5K and will occupy 6 inches of your table space.

Isn't that cool for a download rig?

Actually More inclined to netbook coz Surfing and Music listening is kinda important too....

There are bittorrent clients like Transmission and RTorrent in Linux - you can use those instead of uTorrent.

But if Surfing and Music listening is important you better get a netbook.

Will I be able to use this Seagate Dockstar for torrent downloads??
