Thanks it worked this time :)
On searching again i founded two TE forums there , one the older one and the new updated one,so added the newly updated one , it is now running great on Tapatalk
Issues solved :happy:
 
I read a thread and do not post anything. I close the tab.

now when i click on whatsnew it does not come. (Marked as Read)

How do I turn this off. :|
 
@Renegade All the threads I've ever replied are marked as watched. There's no select all option to turn the alerts off. Is it possible to set the number of watched thread to zero ?

The default font switched to Times New Roman and the text in quotes is really small.

It can't have switched just for you, try clearing cache. The default font is Georgia and quote size also looks perfectly fine to me. You can perhaps try 'ctrl +' to increase font size.
 
The new Forum is Awesome. Everything looks good.
The Loading time, the reply post, alerts, inbox... all Look Great.

One thing i hate is Emoticons. It takes a bit of time to load, yet its not cool as before too.
Emoticons need to be like GIF. Please update them if possible.

For people using Tapatalk - You will have to search for Techenclave again and select the newer of the 2 options shown.
 
Is this gonna be the feed back thread or there would be a dedicated feedback thread where we can suggest changes as well ?

If this is the former then one point, that "Report" thing below the post. Can this be moved to some icon or similar below the avatar / trophies ?

And yes as @xtremevicky mentioned, if i do a "What's new" and check a thread and again go to what's new, that thread disappears unless someone will reply there and only then will it reappear.
I am sure i faced the same on IBF too (even before they upgraded forum software). Can this have behavior as before? The thread which has been read still stays under "What's new" but this time it is not bold like other unread threads ?


PS: I have no idea why the last sentence of the above text is appearing as a hyperlink to the user i have mentioned.
 
For sale threads are not showing up when I click on 'whats new'. A few years back there used to be a separate link for viewing new 'for sale / want to buy' threads. Then it was merged into one common 'new posts'. What is the current status? How do I view new trade posts?

Check now. It has been enabled for 30 days for Upgraded members in market section. Privileged members already have unlimited edit rights.

@paraman - will enable something soon. Till then just go the market forum and browse.

Can we not have the avatars when we navigate to "What's new"?
Also in dark theme, when i try the quick reply at bottom of page, the font color is sort of grey with white background, it should be some sort of contrast.
