CPU/Mobo Dram REFRESH FAILURE

My computer build that i put together the other day turned on beeped once and had no display. I looked up online and found that meant that i had Dram refresh failure. I removed the ram and reseated it i don't know whats wrong.
 
my specs are
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB Dual-X Video Card
Case: Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
