Dual Core Problem..

I am using Dual Core 2.8 GHz and installed Vista Ultimate as OS
But after i installed Multimeter Gadget on Sidebar..
I got to know that my PC is working on only 1 Core...

whenever i go to
Run - msconfig - boot - advanced options - number of processors -
It shows only one processor.
I know that, i had disabled 1 core one time, when my XP got problem..

is any way to enable other Core???
