Here's the deal now.I had applied for my MTNL connection almost a month & a half back. Now I just got a call from them today stating that if I wanted to get it connected as they have alloted me a port.I had initially opted for this connection as Pacenet had divided our Hub & much to my surprise it just got revived a few days back.
Now I am in a quandary.I need the night unlimited scheme from MTNL too & at the same time retaining my existing LAN connection for Pacenet. Now my question is can I have 2 separate ISP's on one PC.I have 2 LAN cards with me at the moment & wanted to know if I can plug both of their LAN cables in at the same time without any issue.I would be using MTNL's line mostly for surfing & dowloading at night & Pacenet's LAN to download stuff from my hub.Now is this physically & virtually possible? What will be the after effects(if any)? My current Pacenet connection is on Dynamic IP for LAN & AFAIK same goes for MTNL.So just want to know will there be any problems later on? :S
