dual sim both sims active?

The market is full of dual sim phones. But very few of them have both sims active. Only two samsung boring models. I am looking for qwerty phones. I need something below 5k since I already have a nexus one. I need this just for additional backup. I had liked micromax Q7 for 3.8k. Any suggestions guys?

I would say Samsung over Micromax, but you seem to not like them much. I was scouting for Dual Active recently and ended up buying a Samsung. Didn't find any major brand in the market with such a model
