dual sim phone under 4~4.5k

Want to buy a dual sim phone for my mom. She have an office sim and a personnel sim, and doesnt like to carry around two phones.

Was using a china phone for past 3 years. Now its giving lots of problem. Ive tried my best to convince, how good Nokia and SE phones are for their quality, but she want a dual sim phone only.

Requirements:
*touch or non touch. Whichever will do :)
*dual sim
*cam is not needed, but wont bother if it has one.
*An avg quality music player. A 3.5mm jack would be highly appreciated.
*Bluetooth
*USB Mass storage and mem card slot.
*Good built quality.
*Prefer a more common charging port, than any proprietary ports on most china phones.
*Atleast one year warranty.

How are Onida phones? Looks like china ones, but has warranty and bit more trustable brand. I really dont know bout phones other than SE/Nokia and the likes.

Go for Micromax Q5, it is one outstanding phone at 4.2k. Having very good build quality & finishing, Yamaha powered audio chip, easy 3rd party installation, supports emails, good battery backup. Very good for social networking. Comes with 1 year warranty.

a QWERTY keyboard isnt really needed. It would just addup to the mess and more difficult to use, as its for my mom.

Anybody knows if the Spice M6464 have any headphone jack in 3.5mm ? :)

Yes, it does have 3.5mm socket. A friend of mine owns same phone & he often hook it with my PL 11.. The Music quality of the phone is good and display is very impressive..go with it :)

both of them have rating less than 50 :(

I guess purchase will be safe with paisapay, but will they give bill + warranty ?

And will it be locally claimable as SE/Nokia/MT/Sam

I heard Samsung too has some dual sim models. DO they ?
