Dual SIM Phone under 4K

Hi friends,

I am living in Delhi.

I am looking to buy a Dual SIM phone with camera, good battery life, GPRS, bluetooth and sound quality, MP3 player and java enabled. My budget is Rs.4000/-

i had visited 'the mobile store' yesterday in delhi and they showed me Ray M45 bar phone with 2 mp camera, 1800 mh battery, with dual sim, wireless fm, data cable and charger for Rs.3500/-.

Pls comment on the same.

Pls tell how are Ray, SPice and VIdeocon as mobile brands and how are their services.

spice has been here for a long time.all the brands sellin these cheap dual sim phones are chinese craps in indian clothes

why dont u check out micromax q3.supposed to be good phone.I have recommended it to my friend.

^^Yes, thats a good phone. My friend has that one and is fully satisfied. But its 4.5k, slightly over his budget. Overall it has good features.
