Thanks for making me check again there 
turns out they have started the trial account again I just got a trial key and works alright for me but I will need to wait for some time till I can get my hands on a credit card(everything I have expired and I don't have any money either lol don't wanna blow my folks' money for a game)
its ~$15 pm
you will have to download the installer which is 3GB i think
you can get a trial account and upgrade it to a regular paid account
