DVD Region 9 PAL: Will this play on my setup?

Will DVD Region-9 PAL movies play on NTSC-J Xbox 360 console using Panasonic Viera PV70H TV.

DVD Region 9 is All Region...
But then it is PAL...

As fas as I undst DVD players will output NTSC and PAL and its upto the TV...The viera can handle both NTSC and PAL...So I should be able to play DVD Region 9 PAL on the NTSC-J Xbox 360.....or am I wrong?
