DVD rom not working in Windows 7 with dll error

My dvd-rom is not working in win 7 and showing this error "There was a problem starting winziv32.rom.The specific module could not be found.".....Please help me :)

That might not be related to dvd rom. What are you doing when you get this error? does Windows 7 recognize the DVD Rom? Under My Computer does it show the Dvd Rom?
 
when do you get this error? does it come at startup or when you put in any dvd into it?

there's no such winziv32 in windows7. so it must be some spyware or virus in your system that's causing this error. better do a full system scan with an updated version of av.
