DVD system for car

Hi,
One of my cousin is getting the new Zen Estilo (his first car). He is interested in installing a DVD player + screen in that. Can you let me know the approximate range of these products and the brands that are good in India (Mumbai specifically). Also, I think that the screen size would affect the price too, so I am looking at an average size, maybe around 10-12"

Basically, i am looking at value for money (budget is not very high).

If you think that the DVD Player is a rip off - suggest a good music player instead with approx price

Honestly I dont know how much it should be, as I have no idea about the range for these things. But I am a typical middle class fellow and so is my cousin who has stretched a lot for getting the first car in our family !! You know how the feeling is.

I would appreciate if someone gives me an idea of the range too
 
i would suggest that u rather go in for a good music system than a DVD player + screen which would cost you at the mininmum around 27 to 30K

You can get Sony Single Dvd player which can play cd,dvd,vcd,mp3 at approx 12K and necvox screen at 5-7K.

But i would suggest you to get a good mp3 player and good speakers rather than buying dvd + screen.
