Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

Ordered WD Black 500GB HDD and DVD RW on 10/8/10. Replied to all my PMs promptly and listed on ebay within 1 hr and shipped the next day.
Unfortunately the parcel reached me 10 days later because of goof ups by DTDC.

Would definitely buy from this dealer again.
 
ordered 100 verbatims dvd+r from him . shipped within 1 hr of purchase and packed em nicely .. 100% recommended !
 
I ordered a DVD Writer from him in first of july, I did got the unit however i am still to receive the bill for the purchase..thats ridiculous !!
 
^ i dont think he ever gives a valid bill with vat/tin no , i have purchased 2 seagate hdd frm him , no bills were provided instead printout of the ebay order transaction was sent to me ,

otherwise he is an excellent dealer, very nice to talk to , have been regularly buying from him since 1 year
 
^ i did got a bill from him but it didn't had the serial no. mentioned. :P but who cares as HDD warranty can be claimed without bill

@dvdstoredelhi - i've bought 2*500GB Seagate 7200.12 HDD's from you on ebay today.

Please ship it tomorrow.. :)
 
Hi Mohit,

We do give VAT / CST Bill for every purchase now as we got our TIN Number in May this year. Seems like you may have bought earlier but I do have a copy of my Bill wherein I have Paid VAT against your Purchase.

Hi,

Your bill was enclosed when we sent you the DVD Writer during July but it probably may have been LOST either in transit or .. !

I received a call just 2 days ago (25th Aug) informing me that you do not have the Bill.......... and I have already initiated same to my backend and you'd get your Bill soon ! What's so ridiculous about it when you're informing me after over 50 days that you do not have the Bill ? !

yes sir i had purchased 2 hdd's on march -april before u got ur vat/tin no: anyways i m now worried at all , i already sold my hdd's :P

will keep bumping into u whenever i need any thing from u

Sir Sir Sir, you know since day one that you have not sent me a bill along with it.. Btw the unit was purchased in first week of july and i only got it a week ago to actually use it. And that too you have sent the same old unit with the date of May 2010 on it. I still wonder how come when the unit is new and purchased in july, it has got an earlier date of may 2010 with a signature on it. I guess i got cheated by getting a used unit and with no bill. THATS RIDICULOUS !!!
 
Made many purchases from him via ebay, Gr8 seller. If u guys face any problem u shud call him immediately , hes always there to assist.
 
Sunish, to say the least is very very communicative. I had gotten a Razer DA off eBay and dropped him a message to have it shipped through DTDC since I had a tiff recently with First Flight and almost every other dealer uses First Flight. :\

He responded almost immediately and turns out that he also runs a DTDC franchise lol. Brilliant dealer. Got the item within 2 days. Robust packaging as well. I've got some DVD spindles and a hard drive IIRC from him through eBay before but now that he has registered on our forums as a Regd. Dealer, thought I'd drop my 2 cents here.

Would definitely deal with him in the future.

PS: He may be from Chandigarh alright, but he knows his nuts and bolts of his trade. Unlike some other dealer(s) from that place. :\

Ordered a Seagate 1TB drive, Delivered within 36hours, very well packed.

Had ordered a Lite-On DVD drive from this sellers eBay shop (Item ID 140473848628). Seller confirmed shipment using DTDC. Provided me a tracking number for it on 17'th Nov. DTDC site said the tracking number is invalid. Sent an email to the seller; no reply. Called him today and he says that Lite-On is not in stock. His eBay store still has at least 3 listings for Lite-On drives each with "10 available". In fact one of the listings is a fresh one (added just today maybe). I don't understand why are the drives listed if they are not in stock? Why was I given a tracking number when the drive was not shipped at all? Maybe because I bought it for 1000 odd bucks and now it's selling for 1500 bucks.

Anyways, I've initiated a paisapay refund process. After about 4 years of shopping on eBay (India and abroad), this is my first bad experience. Sorry dvdstoredelhi. You lost a prospective buyer. Neutral rating if I get the refund. Negative otherwise.

Want to get some feedback about this dealer .

I got a E122 modem from him and it not working now .LINK .I have sent for replacement. He says it will take 10 days for replacement .:no:

Does he replace honestly ? and can I ask for refund I am not satisfied ?

Don't know about refunds but replacements are not a problem.

How long has it been since you bought the modem?

well he's a good guy..... if your replaced piece have same problem then i think you should ask for refund and im sure he'll refund your money without any problems....

@ I dont know what you are expecting ....it takes time for replacement of any IT products.

Also E122 is out of stock for a long long time...so I guess the best way for you is to ship the E122 back and get a UMG 1831 by paying the difference.

That way you get a better 21.1 Mbps model and also a working model may be within a week :)

Also 1st u posted on the E122 thread....after 3 hrs a new thread .....why r u so nervous :rofl:
