Let me give you an example, I use internal TV tuner to watch TV on LCD. As you know TV signal has low resolution. When i switch to fullscreen while watching TV, it is crap on VGA. But on DVI, fullscreen appear much more sharper than VGA.
I should say if you have DVI, then you should switch to it. I guess, you dont really have an option.
Edit: I don't play games, so can't actually comment on it. But you will definitely notice the difference when you play low resolution video in full screen.
I have got some theory from googling on it..and come to know that DVI is good for HD(22" monitor atleast)..also it gives better color for those are in high quality digital picture artist(only they can detect the difference)..if u have anythng more,,thn please elaborate..u r most welcomed buddyandrew327 said:That might be theoretical but i don't think u know what analog & digital is and why DVI is replacing VGA. I wont waste my time telling u that, as it seems u are happy by just viewing & i don't think its going to hurts anyone around.
