I upgraded my system few months back as you could see in my sig. Was using this one as my htpc as I sold my htpc 2 months back. Now with 45w 235e releasing, I would opt for that as my htpc. So selling of this processor. Mainboard already sold to my friend(not on TE)

Original Box Not Available. Warranty upto 5/2010. Never overclocked.



Give me 3 days time minimum to ship it.
 
I did live chat now and asked whether box is required or not, sharath there answered it as "NO". I dont know why people do guess work; if you aren't sure you should have first confirmed it with intel before posting. This is not appreciated.
