CPU/Mobo E8500 stock fan speen

hi at bios my wolf dale cpu temp is 33 c and stock fan speed is
1800 rpm ,, is this haw thins should be ? thanks

turn 'Smart fan' or similar fan ralated option from within bios..

refer to motherboard manual to understand it in brief..
