Hello there

My original Samsung earphones that came with Samsung spica are screwed, one earbud no sound and mic not working, probably wire stretched.

need to buy a new one.

I found out that Soundmagic MP-21 isn't compatible with any phone other than iPhone.

What options am i left with ?

btw, will Samsung replace an earphone which has probably become screwed because of physical damage due to use ?

Get the phillips ones which come free with nokia

yes they will replace the damaged earphones it they are less than 6 months old

Thanks for the reply. Could you please specify which Philips one ?

Yeah. My phone is still under 6 months. will go to the service center. hey, in service agreement, its written that replacement or repair will be charged if they think that the damage is due to use or intention. Will they still replace in my case ?

Tell them it stopped working for no reason .You just took them out of box today and its not working .You never used them before .:P

They will replace your earphones without any charge

but those scound**ls will tell you that they don't have stock come after one week and in this way a month or so will pass

So an advice very first time be a bit rude with them don't talk softly and tell them to give new ones in a week or else you will complain to higher authorities

but its showing some damage near the lead ? should i just say that i never used earphone ever and its the first time i took them out of box and found it like this ? but then they will say it looks like it has been used. Thanks for your help.
