Hey guys,
I'd bought a EATON 3KVA Online Rack UPS 9PX about 2.5 years back in delhi. Then I moved to gwalior. It is giving me an issue of "Charger Unserviceable" and then it proceeds for auto shutdown.
I've exhausted my chance to raise complaints with the dealer I bought it from. Unfortunately they are just not helping, and not even honoring the warranty.
Now the problem is I don't even have service support for the UPS. If anyone knows anyone working for EAton or knows their service centre in Delhi, it will be very helpful for me. I;ll really appreciate any help on this.
