ebay Bill Query

hi guys,

recently i purchased a mobile from one of the sellers at ebay. he sent the phone but i have a doubt regarding the bill.

the bill does not have vat or cst no. mentioned on it. does it mean that the product is from gray market and will not be serviced by nokia service center ??.
i talked to the dealer. he told me that he has not yet received the vat no. and that i need not worry as the customer care will only need IMEI no.

He is talking bullshit. He is clearly saving the VAT, thats why no bill. There are 2 possibilities.

1. The item is gray.

2. The item is official. You can find out if its official by the sticker on the phone box. If it has an official Indian address, you are safe.
