Ebay.com shipping to India charges

I have won HP Pavilion dv6700 Laptop at $190 on Ebay.com
Now the seller is from USA and he is ready to shipped at $19.50 shipping charges..

I would like to know, will there be any custom duty, taxes on arrival in India also is it a good deal to go with.

Are you sure its only $19.5 for shipping to India? Most likely it will be through USPS in which case since its a high value item, there will be duty at the rate of 40% or so of the customs assessed value (which may not be equal to the amount that you paid)

Get it via ppobox, or some service, via USPS without tracking number, the item might never reach you.

Laptop via USPS with no tracking may never reach. You will have to pay customs irrespective of whatever provider you use and it will on custom assessed value and not the 190$ that you paid. So if the customs assesses the value as 40,000 Rs for the laptop then you will pay 40% of 40,000 as duty (assuming it is 40% for laptops).
