Ebook reader with stylus for notes taking?

Guys, anyone is aware of/has used any good ebook readers with stylus for notes taking.
It would be used mostly for reading technical books and making notes on the book (similar to annotation and notes provided by pdf readers like Nitro PDF).

Mods, I am not sure ebook readers can comes under mobile, posting here because many ebook readers comes with android and ppl here are knowledgeable in that subject. plz move this if inappropriate.
 
I found some android ebook readers that can do something similar by installing notes taking apps like -
Kobo touch which is a 6 inch reader with e-ink display and runs android. (not sure of verions) - 139$
B&N Nook Color - Color TFT screen - 249$
Many more are available like ArchoS, Augen, Pandigital etc.
I guess ebook readers not so popular in India ( haven't recevived a reply even after ~100 views).
So, I think should wait for some more time till it gets widely used.
