I bought this WD 1.5 TB green HDD today itself from primeabgb Rs 5450.

I was also wondering that if i backup my data without partitioning the drive or should i partition it .Will it create any problem if i don't partition ? :huh:

You won't have any problems.. I've been using my WD Caviar Black 1TB 1001FALS with only 1 partition of 931GB for ~9-10 months..

BTW, do you know what's the price of WD Green 2TB in Prime?

Congrats! I have one of the WD Caviar Green 500 gigs safely placed into my HDD docking station for backup's, works beautifully.

I asked price only for my drive and the other one was

WD 1 TB black=Rs5750

WD 1.5 tb green=Rs5450

IF u want to buy 2 TB dont ask on phone as they are not interested giving the price on phone(they give u old price which they have in their mind/book).

If u go personally u will get the lowest possible price as they call their main dealers in front of u.

Actually they quoted me high when i called ,cause they didnt even check the current price just quoted me approx price .When i went there personally they called two places and gave me best possible price.PRIME abgb is one of the best in lamington.AGAIN go personally or u wont get a proper price :hap2:
